Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Create ERC-20 Token (the "Service"), a non-custodial tool for deploying ERC-20 tokens on the Ethereum network. By connecting a wallet or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Non-Custodial Service

The Service is fully non-custodial. We never take possession of your funds, private keys, or deployed tokens. Every action is executed on-chain by you, from your own wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and keys.

2. Service Fee

Creating a token requires a fixed service fee (currently 0.009 ETH) plus the network gas required by Base. Fees are collected on-chain at the moment of creation and are non-refundable, including if a transaction fails due to insufficient gas, network issues, or user error.

3. Your Responsibility for Tokens

You are the sole creator and owner of any token you deploy. You are fully responsible for its name, symbol, supply, configuration, marketing, distribution, legality, and any consequences of its existence.

Tokens are created using audited, standard contract templates, but you deploy them at your own risk.
If you enable owner features (Mintable, Pausable, Blacklist, Tax), you become the sole controller of those powers. You may renounce ownership to make the token immutable.
We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for any token created with the Service.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

The Service is a software tool only. Nothing here constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Creating or trading crypto tokens carries significant risk. Consult a professional and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to create tokens or conduct activities that are illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or intended to deceive, including scams, securities violations, money laundering, or impersonation. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service, smart contracts, RPC endpoints, or third-party tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, tokens, or profits, arising from your use of the Service, the blockchain, or any token you create.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as wallets, WalletConnect / Reown, Ethereum RPC providers, and Etherscan. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or actions.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or the service fee at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
